One year minimum of related experience. Education may substitute for experience.

Three years of organizational Program or Project coordination/support experience; utilizing program/project management and development procedures is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care, Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.

Two years of progressive responsibility with administrative or strategic support experience is required, four years is preferred.

Interfaces with other departments, staff, leaders and/or other partners in the administration of the program/project.

Some local travel to nearby schools may be required to facilitate career fairs and other related events.

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Develops new business relationships for clients which enables them to perform their Work Based Learning Experiences (WBLE).

Confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple deadlines is required.

Flexible work schedule for exceptional work/life balance

Assures each client is placed in appropriate WBLE locations and is provided with the relevant level of support.

Works with supervisors at job sites where clients are working to ensure potential issues are addressed as quickly as possible.

Reviews staff training on new policies, procedures, and processes.
