Identify/review available professional training (seminars/workshops) provided by outside sources to determine applicability to professional and non-professional staff job duties.
Provide CPR certification training for all staff, as required.

The Staff Assistant will be responsible for providing guidance to youth participants, facilitating activities, and providing support to the youth development staff. The Staff Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support.
