Youth Development Manager Jobs

Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in case management.

Knowledge of case management principles, objectives, standards, and methods, including motivational interviewing.

Demonstrated experience working with diverse, at-risk youth, including but not limited to justice-involved youth.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales and/or Account Management experience in health & safety, e-learning/higher education, professional credentialing, or similar field

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

1-2 years of project management experience is a plus, but not required

Relationship management of strategic and high-volume implementations

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

4+ years of sales experience and/or customer service experience

Sales and/or Account Management experience in health & safety, e-learning/higher education, professional credentialing, or similar field

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

4+ years of sales experience and/or customer service experience

Five years supervisory experience including staff management, recruitment, interviewing, training, feedback, and evaluation

Strong leadership, management and organizational skills

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Manage all aspects of Education department, which includes:

Extensive and diverse experience in conservation or science education

Advanced education combined with 5-10 years formal and/or informal teaching experience
