SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

May record monetary transactions, such as for registration fees, book purchases, etc.; adheres to established money management policy and procedures.

Document student experiences as necessary via photography, film, audio recordings, etc.

Communicates with parents and students’ teachers and schools to maintain focus of tutoring on skills students

Ensures program requirements are met on a daily basis

Bachelor’s Degree in Education Studies or Social Science

Assists in planning and conducting individual and group activities as assigned by CTRS.

Participates as an active member of the treatment team, attending meetings when necessary and reporting on assigned patients.

Documents in a timely manner in the medical record.

Communicates in an age/disability/culturally sensitive related manner to patients and their families.

Assists in identifying safety, psychosocial, special mobility and special equipment needs under the direction of the CTRS.

Responds to inquiry calls and assists in preforming chart audits.
