Youth Development Activity Coordinator Jobs in California

Utilize positive child management techniques.

Uphold policies and requirements. Integrate the common core government guidelines into each recreational activity.

Respond immediately to concerns from students, school administrators or facility managers.

Analytical - Uses intuition and experience to complement the job.

Use of Technology - Demonstrates required skills; adapts to new technologies; keeps technical skills up to date.

Initiative - Asks for and offers help when needed.

Three years of organizational Program or Project coordination/support experience; utilizing program/project management and development procedures is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care, Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.

Two years of progressive responsibility with administrative or strategic support experience is required, four years is preferred.

Interfaces with other departments, staff, leaders and/or other partners in the administration of the program/project.

Some local travel to nearby schools may be required to facilitate career fairs and other related events.

High School Diploma/GED is required.
