They must be able to develop activities that are both educational and fun for the youth they are working with. They must be able to plan, organize, and lead activities that are age-appropriate and engaging. They must also be able to monitor the safety of the youth during activities and ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and secure environment. Job Skills Required
