Case Manage all young adults in order to connect them to resources for emergent needs, community resources, and housing.

Young Adult Case Manager (Navigator)

Will Receive referrals from multiple sources and coordinate with navigator staff, ensuring a response in 48 hours.

Meet with youth and young adults experiencing homelessness throughout Snohomish County to enroll in Coordinated Entry.

Support young adults in navigating rental assistance programs, rapid resolution, and other creative solutions.
