Solid “operations and management” experience

Responsible for the day to day operational functions: order management, in house fabrication of orders, coordinate incoming and outgoing loads.

This key position will report directly to CEO and COO. Compensation based upon skills/experience.

Manage order processing through selection/pulling order, fabrication and loading while maintaining our high standard of quality control and safety

Develop, implement, and monitor all logistics/warehousing management systems and activities efficiently, including inbound/outbound logistics and factory-to-factory logistics

Implementation of LSS principles throughout warehouse operations (5S, visual management, Kaizen, etc.)

Salary starting from $100,000 per year based on skills and experience.

Assess and manage ongoing day-to-day work and processes together with key external and internal stakeholders to ensure the standards of service

Strong ERP experience (SAP, Infor LN)

Import and export experience preferred

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels & educational backgrounds.

Ability to provide performance management and career development coaching to team members.

Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts.

Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 80lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift.

Must have an outgoing, positive, friendly personality to provide excellent customer service.

Assist customers with order pick ups.

Levelling lumber piles and maintaining the yard's cleanliness.

Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts.

Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift to 100lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift.

Safely loading building materials into storage facilities.

Stocking all material received in appropriate bins or storage locations.
