Listen to and timely assist management and Drivers

Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred

Walk the yard to identify and document [in the DVCR booklet] vehicle defects. Communicate maintenance needs to D&S Team Leaders [Daily]

Obtain tractor/trailer list from D&S, record odometer, hub readings, and engine hours from equipment, and send to lease company [Weekly]

Ensure trailers loaded with refrigerated products, i.e., cheese, chicken, etc., are at an adequate temperature.

Required to work a set schedule that may be changed/modified by management based on the needs of the facility.

Strong safety orientation and proven record of complying with safety requirements

Experience in distribution center operations or previous warehouse experience

Experience operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, yard truck, scrubbing sweeper)

Experience performing detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced working environment

Perform all Plant Associate job duties as assigned

Required Years of Experience: 0-1 years

Preferred Education: in High School or Equivalent

Experience (North America & LATAM):

Operates company equipment in a safe and efficient manner to minimize the risk of injury and equipment damage

Must be 21 years of age

Safety Incentives up to $300 Quarterly upon meeting requirements

Min. 12- 18 months of recent Class A experience

Class A Experience must be verifiable

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Pay rate: $24 per hour.

Safety Incentives up to $300 Quarterly upon meeting requirements

Class A Experience must be verifiable

$20.00/HR + OT (after 40 hours)

Schedule 6am to 6pm 4 days per week

Some 5th day driving work available
