Poker dealer must be able to deal Texas Hold’Em and Omaha proficiently.

Keep a strong game pace, and be able to maintain a good rate of hands per down.

Excel in ELITE customer service.

Maintain the integrity of the game that is being dealt.

We ask our dealing applicants to be initially capable of a few simple things:

Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with management, team members, and guests.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of the game of poker.

Greet guests at Poker Tables and provide exceptional guest service.

Promote an entertaining and energetic atmosphere while accurately dealing poker.

Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.

Education/Tuition/Certification Reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year)

Must possess the skills to handle cash and chip transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.

Knowledge of all poker games.

Previous dealing experience or completion of dealing school required.

Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments.

Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests.
