UNPAID INTERNSHIP - COLLEGE CREDIT CAN BE PROVIDED~

Provide consistent and ongoing evaluation, documentation, and continuous process improvement of all gallery archives and records management functions,

Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested,

Raise and correctly files all incoming and outgoing consignments and loan agreements under the supervision of the Directors and Gallery Manager,

Adding public prices for works into Artlogic according to consignment terms and at the direction of Gallery Manager,

Public Outreach: assist with exhibitions outreach programs by coordinating external email campaigns with public and press release process,

Maintain the safe and organized collection of Certificates of Authenticity, including production of copies for clients and for gallery archives,

Liaising with the Sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Previous experience as a Gallery Assistant in an art gallery.

Experience with welcoming guests and clients with warmth and poise.

Outstanding collaboration, teamwork and people skills.

A take-ownership approach, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

LEARN through our classes and our team’s product knowledge

Previous stocking experience in a grocery setting preferred

EAT authentic Italian food at our restaurants, cafés and to-go counters

SHOP a selection of high-quality Italian, local and homemade products

Checks incoming merchandise against order sheets for accuracy of weight, quantity, and order specifications.

Ensures beverage items are received and stored at the proper temperatures.
