2 + years' healthcare administration experience in primary care, dental, behavioral health, audiology, and/or optometry practice management

Ensure the Walmart Health Center operates within the guidelines established by Walmart management team and in accordance with laws and regulations.

Manage vendor relationships for Walmart Health operations and execut e business plans and projects

3 + years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office

Maintain provider and staff scheduling templates and patient schedule for current and future service lines .

Maintain relationships with health care providers and health center associates to ensure Walmart Health is a preferred employer.

Quick, accurate data entry, and strong time management skills

Manage recordkeeping including OSHA 300, 301 and 301A logs.

Evaluate the injury and assess job duties to ensure incident and mechanism accuracy

Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Capture key information about the nature of the injury, including when it occurred, how it happened, and where it took place
