Provide oral briefings and personal assistance in defining problems and planning studies to aid in developing and examining policy proposals.

Prepare or develop written replies, reports and analyses regarding policy and guidance on workforce development matters.

Organize, arrange for, and facilitate conferences/meetings to provide expert information and guidance to contractors.

Serve on a broad range of projects for various evaluations, pilots/demonstration and research grants or contracts.
