Workday Finance – Functional Lead Jobs in Arkansas

·Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support training, knowledge transfer and change management

Position: Workday Finance Functional/ Admin

·Develop, test and deliver new processes and functionality as per business requirements.

·Evaluate the latest available features released by Workday to determine impact and benefits

·Manage, implement and test for Workday bi-annual releases across all of Financials.

Assist in defining/designing future state dimensions ("GCOA & Enterprise Structure") and values and draft mapping logic to support scalability and flexibility

Assist in development of a dictionary of definitions for future state accounts within the GCOA

Assist in developing RACIs and process documentation for future state CoA governance

Assist the Client to develop an implementation roadmap

A successful candidate will have deep functional expertise in 1 or more of these functional areas: Financial Aid or students Finance.

The analyst is responsible for group activities that develop requirements and design documentation along with use cases, based on user input.

Minimum 5 years of experience

Strong knowledge of payroll processing, contractor payments, and invoice management.

Proven experience (at least 2 years) in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.

Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar).

Conducting monthly finance review meetings with leadership to provide insight and raise issues for consideration regarding our financial situation

Experience with budgeting, tracking financial metrics, and generating financial reports.

Familiarity with tax regulations and experience in submitting tax documents.
