Workday Finance – Business System Analyst Jobs in Arkansas

Strong background and experience in finance operations and/or working with purchasing, accounts payable, suppliers, expenses, and budgets is desirable.

Knowledge of and experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies are advantageous.

Preferred experience in a higher education environment.

Facilitate requirements gathering and design activities for Workday projects.

Define, document, and maintain business processes, requirements, and policies, continually seeking ways to enhance processes and procedures.

Support and manage operations-related initiatives identified by the Workday platform owner.

Performance Management and Promotion App: functional tech requirements, troubleshooting, improvements and operating support to Cruisers and HR through the Zendesk

Experience building out system requirement documents
