Assist Quality Engineers in management of Issue Tracker actions to resolution.
Ability to effectively communicate common issues and defects to leadership and management assisting with solutions.
Assist in the identification and resolution of manufacturing quality issues, contain parts or products as needed, sort parts for quality requirements.
Experience on Model 3 Drive Unit, Battery Module, or Pack lines.
Experience with quality systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Experienced in QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA preferred.

Develop and improve equipment validation procedures including calibration and qualification
Capacity to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously while balancing competing priorities
This position is for full time nightshift support. 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts
Act as a liaison between engineering and maintenance departments during off shifts
Lead equipment upgrades with a focus on serviceability, reliability, and process capability
