What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

Must have valid Driver’s License

Must be able to work typical hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Must arrive on time for work

Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding as needed

Door and window installation experience, 2 year minimum

Strong skills with a metal brake

Experienced Window and Door Installer

High school diploma or GED

Personal hand tools (trucks and power tools provided)

Ability to text and use email

Experience with wood and vinyl window assembly, installation, and repair

Knowledge of window and door products

Working knowledge of personal computers and application

Ability to appropriately manage stress and interact with others

Previous experience in exterior building cleaning or related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Cleaning the exterior walls, windows, and roofs of residential and commercial buildings.

Using high-pressure washers, and other specialized equipment to clean buildings.

Identifying and reporting any damages or potential hazards.

Self-motivation, time- and work-process management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Window installation and remodeling experience.

Working knowledge of hand and power tools

Able to organize tasks and jobs requirements.

Empathy and customer service skills.

Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving, and decision making

Plan and prioritize work schedule; efficient time management; meets commitments prompt responses.

Established carpentry skills which ideally include experience in door and window installation and adjustment.

Convey easily and quickly, speak clearly, listen attentively, and seek clarification; respond well to questions: maintain professional skills in all situations.
