Wholesale Sales Rep North Jobs

Perform other duties assigned by management

Manage incoming mail and fax documents in accordance with company policy, process medical record requests and referrals.

Deliver exemplary customer service to provide a positive patient experience across the organization.

Education: High school diploma required; two-year college degree preferred

Experience: Proven work experience in healthcare facility, and/or strong customer service experience

Knowledge of health insurance and medical terminology

Researching and finding retailers to partner with

Scheduling and executing meetings with potential retailers

Keeping spreadsheets of all phone calls and emails with dates

Weekly follow up emails to retailers

Seeing orders through to completion

Keeping constant communication to ensure reorders

Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, and accounting groups

Communicate with management regarding customer feedback, market conditions, competitive activities, and sales trends

Achieve the revenue and net profit objectives as agreed upon with manager

Utilize administrative, financial, technical, and educational support as required

Identify advantages and benefits of the Meridian product line and services in detail

Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
