Perform product development work as assigned by engineering manager.

Create prints to meet all customer requirements.

Manage several projects at one time if needed.

Understand and respond to customer requests, both verbal and written.

Use computer assisted design/drafting equipment and MRP software.

Assists shop floor, manufacturing, quality, and planning as required.

Communicate regularly with the CEO on project direction.

Work closely with the Strategic Planning Steering Committee.

Attend staff committee meetings as appropriate including HR committee, Policy and Procedure Committee, DEI committee, etc.

Attend at least one board meeting.

Participate in the interview process of community stakeholders.

Research community needs around housing and behavioral health.

Assist with training programs related to labor relations topics for management

Assist in the preparation and coordination of collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration

Research and analyze labor laws, regulations, and industry trends

Obtain copies of invoices for customers and assist with data entry and updates

Proficient with MS Office Tools and strong knowledge of Windows PC

Handle incoming mail and match remittance information with checks

Organize, validate, code, enter, scan, and index invoices and company expense reports

Match invoices and credits with reconciliation paperwork

Entering data, preparing uploads, and other miscellaneous batch entry work, as needed

Primarily assist with the Content department with social content creation, video and sound editing, and show prep

Collaborate with the Marketing department on event planning, set-up and execution, and event breakdown

Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events

Student or graduate with a solid academic record pursuing a 4-year degree in Retail, Fashion Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, or Business Management.

Desire 1-2 years retail experience

Manage calendar of key meetings with buyers for market weeks

1-2 years of experience working with consumer products (especially beauty or luxury products) strongly preferred

Keep wholesale partners assortment up to date for each partner

Pulling sales data from retailer portals
