Wellness And Health Promotion Director Jobs in Arkansas

Proven experience in developing and implementing employee wellness programs, preferably in a corporate environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate employees at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Certification in wellness coaching, counseling, or a related field is a plus.

Create weekly health newsletters to internally promote to the staff.

Bachelor's degree or currently majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Health Promotion, or a related field.

Manage dissertation quality through service as a university research reviewer.

Doctoral degree in the field of Health Education, Health Promotion, Health Studies, Wellness Education, or related field from an accredited university

Experience serving on doctoral dissertation committees is required; experience chairing is preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, team, and human relation skills.

Experience with distance learning preferred.

Serve as the second member of committees.
