Weld Inspector Jobs

Problem analysis skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), CAD (Catia, and AutoCAD), time management

No experience required if degree obtained

Associates in Engineering (Electrical / Robotics) or Manufacturing Engineering; or 6 years relevant experience with no degree

Support the development of and justify solutions to complex problems.

Support the review and approval of Mechanical design and specifications

Associate degree, technical certificate or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment

Skilled with the use of a variety of hand and portable tools.

Do regular/rigorous cleaning of equipment, keep them clean, neat and charged

Take charge of the area while also maintaining 5S's of Lean

Perform torque test on bolts and nuts using a torque wrench or push out tests.

Execute experiments and analyze data under the direction of process engineers.

Knowledge and experience with agricultural equipment or other off highway machinery

Strong communication skills with experience solving technical problems

Experience with software programming languages and/or ML familiarity

Experience in one or more related engineering areas: electrical, software programming, troubleshooting, design, quality, and manufacturing

Manufacturing Factory hands on experience

Strong organizational and planning skills

Measures and verifies weld dimensions, joint configurations, and alignments against specified requirements.

Participates in welder qualification testing and assessment of welding procedures to ensure they meet required specifications.

1-3 years in weld inspection or related experience preferred. (Ie. Welding)

Knowledge of industry standards including AWS, ASME, API.

Knowledge of TIG, MIG, laser, butt, and arc welding techniques.

Must pass a post-employment offer drug screen and background check.
