Workplace Readiness Training – time management, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, conflict resolution, professional etiquette and image/appearance, etc.

Works as a part of the Patient Experience Office to help provide all aspects of services.

In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Customer Service Training – providing excellent customer service to patients and guests, working with challenging customers, role-playing frequently encountered scenarios, etc.
