Build a process from scratch to track and manage past, current, and potential speakers.

Programming experience, including working with customers/speakers to provide direction and feedback on presentations/talks.

Events experience, working with speakers on conferences or external-facing events.

Work with customers to craft thoughtful and compelling content for events.

Develop the strategy and process for identifying and preparing event speakers from the ground up.

Work closely with speakers to help craft their talks and presentations based on specific event goals.

Extensive experience in campaign management and creator partnerships is a must

Bachelor's Degree or above education/experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in a content development or content marketing role in the tech or pan-entertainment space

Solid knowledge about the Internet users, market trends and major social platforms

Strong analytic skills; Ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics and marketing data

Identify, strategize and innovate content initiatives to serve business growth and increase user activeness by leveraging our core product functions

Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and meet committed delivery timelines

Experience in Microsoft Office products and applications (esp. Excel)

Experience in Content Programming and or scheduling on TV industry strongly preferred

Execute a comprehensive content programming strategy to acquire and engage customers with Prime Video focused on content launch

Support the creation of quarterly programming strategy reviews to be presented to Amazon leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

Set content categorization at a title level inside Amazon’s Internal Programming Systems/Mechanisms

Work with event management and box office for concert set up planning, CAD drawing review and scaling of venue of events.

Ticketing experience and knowledge of building a manifest.
