Water Resource Planning Engineer Jobs

1. Two years of licensed engineering experience.

2. Six years of professional engineering experience.

A master's degree in engineering will substitute for one year of the required experience.

A Ph.D. in engineering will substitute for two years of the required experience.

Advanced degrees will substitute for a maximum of two years of required experience.

Engineering experience gained while licensed as a professional engineer will be accepted as licensed engineering experience.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Utilizing various data collection and workflow management platforms including Zendesk, Survey Monkey, Airtable, and Netflix specific applications

5+ years of experience within the entertainment technology, post or VFX industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Managing and maintaining an industry engagement calendar and website for our Production Strategy and Operation and Production organization

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry skills.

Ability to develop subject matter expertise related to water conservation, community organizing, community outreach, program/project management, language translation, or related fields.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to draw valid conclusions.

Desire to learn additional computer skills like ArcGIS Pro and Survey123.

Knowledge of water efficient applications, water wise landscaping, and Greeley’s water conservation programs is a plus.

Provide community-based outreach customer service with a focus on connecting communities with water efficiency strategies, tool, and enhanced customer experience.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in agricultural sciences, environmental management, or related field from an accredited educational institution

Minimum 3 years directly related experience with job(s) demonstrating experience in working with water development projects or farmland management

Support management in water project development, planning, and implementation.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities

Initiate and manage short-term and long-term transfers of water to MIMTA properties.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that improve our resource planning and workforce management capabilities

Champion workforce management across organizational lines, influencing key partners by demonstrating the value workforce planning brings to our business

Provide coaching and mentoring to the resource planning team, including performance management, setting goals, and providing regular feedback

Develop and maintain knowledge of Alvaria software capabilities and standard processes, and ensure effective implementation and administration across all contact centers

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in workforce planning or contact center operations

Two years of recent professional experience in water resources and planning, and/or engineering and project management of water-related infrastructure.

Three years of recent professional experience in water resources and planning, and/or engineering and project management of water-related infrastructure.

Participates in project management as part of a team.

Project Management- ensures that projects are on-time, on-budget, and achieve their objectives.

Performs highly specialized design, research, or analysis on a project-by-project basis.

Makes general engineering calculations and planning decisions in connection with field and office assignments; makes modifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Biological, Agricultural Engineering, Water Resource Management, Hydrology, or similar degree

Familiarity with integrated water resource planning concepts including the comprehensive management of water, wastewater, and stormwater resources

Candidate will work along with a team of senior professionals and should possess effective written and oral communication skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to effectively organize and execute work are essential.

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or comparable engineering or applied science degree

Familiarity with the Water Rights Analysis Package and the Texas Water Availability Models
