Water Irrigation Manager Jobs

Experience working with remote teams

Conduct market research and gather insights to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the smart water industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and sales, to define product requirements, features, and specifications.

Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Work closely with engineering teams during product development, providing guidance, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues.

Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to improve user experience and drive product adoption.

Previous experience in irrigation installation and repair

Excellent communication skills and organizational skills

Valid State Driver’s License with two years driving experience.

Assist in the identification and repair of broken irrigation pipes, sprinklers, valves, etc.

Actively learn and follow how to use and program the different types of irrigation control systems on property.

Adjust arc and rotation of sprinklers to ensure proper watering coverage.

General knowledge of irrigation equipment and it's operation.

First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

Layout, pipe fitting, and irrigation

Lift up to 100 lbs

Able to perform hard physical labor - digging, picking, trenching, shoveling, carrying and laying sod and plant

Ability to read and understand blueprints and irrigation details.

3+ years proven success in brand management or consumer marketing within CPG; food or beverage experience a plus

Strong cross-functional project management skills, including leading new product development efforts

Develop and manage marketing budget for Brand.

Build collaborative relationships with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Development.

Manage the work flow and develop the careers of a team of Associate Brand Managers.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Lead the work and train less experienced workers in irrigation;maintenance;

Maintain and repair irrigation system and related components used in city parks;

Operate test equipment to determine proper functioning of irrigation system;

Evaluate condition of irrigation system, maintain records of system performance and maintenance;

Maintain records of work performed;

Modify park irrigation schedules to facilitate other parks and recreation activities;

Five to seven (5-7) years of project management experience required

Experience in public sector contract or grant management strongly preferred

Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with detailed reporting requirements

Manage communications and program data using Salesforce (Elevate’s CRM database).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams, including Elevate’s water, finance, construction, legal, marketing, and customer service teams.

Directly interact with the firm’s client managers and executives

Minimum of 8 years of progressively more responsible experience on a variety of water supply

Experience with various aspects of water supply engineering including planning studies, water

Be team‐oriented yet individually driven, have strong communication and interpersonal skills,

Be the primary point of contact on a variety of water projects throughout the region

Be a technical leader within the water supply team, helping team members connect with innovative technologies and treatment practices

Cross Connection certification required within one year.

Assist with basic operations procedures

Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols

Perform assigned property service contract requirements in a timely manner with minimal supervision daily

Interact with clients, Account Manager(s), and subcontractors in a professional and courteous manner

Meet or exceed company maintenance production standards

Complete and process all necessary job paperwork that is required when visiting a site.

Able to train others on the job as needed and maintain a high level of morale

Work all assigned hours, including w eekend and overtime hours as necessary.
