Ownership and management of warehousing operating and capital budgets while delivering upon productivity improvements to meet department financial targets.

Represent the logistics department with all levels of management.

Leads DMS management to ensure consistency and reporting discipline.

Certifications in IL6S, Black Belt or Master Black Belt, proven CI/Lean Manufacture experience desired

·Facilitates meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.

·Health care experience required.EPIC experience extremely helpful

·Five (5) years of applicable work experience required; 3 years applicable experience in a Healthcare setting preferred.

·Good understanding of HIPAA data Privacy and Security requirements.

·Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Ownership of sales process- Consultative sales approach combined with effective negotiation skills to meet new challenges head on

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of five years Transportation/Logistics sales experience required.

Prior 3PL and LSP relationship management experience

Ensure compliance with the inventory management team’s principles and processes

Background in operations planning, inventory management, and DC pick / pack and order flow processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with NetSuite (or other ERP), WMS and TMS platforms

Manage the region’s import, export and domestic distribution functions

Direct, optimise and manage order to delivery cycle process
