Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, building science or a related field

4-5 years of account management, creative operations, and/or marketing project management experience

Knowledge of computer programs including Wrike Project Management System, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canto Digital Asset Management System

Manage multiple campaigns and projects across multiple brands at various stages of a project lifecycle

Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience working on large scale events/activations in a day-to-day driver position

Report progress updates and status on a recurring basis with program management using data dashboard and other key tools.

Collaborate with peers and program leadership to develop standard reporting metrics and measurements for the ongoing management of each program.

Partner with program stakeholders for each engagement and determine any unique communications requirements.

Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple cross-functional project teams.

Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and have strong organizational and prioritization skills

Define key skills, training, and development paths for the team

Prepare the business case and showing the impact of a project in terms of costs, savings, revenues and benefits

Effectively communicating with clients to gather requirements while ensuring that all their needs are understood and addressed.
