Will serve as first touch on tickets assigned to Microsoft Team and co-manage the team ticket queue
3 years of experience in a Microsoft Server Environment
Keep current with the latest technologies and willing to accept training and certification
Experience providing systems administration and issue resolution for Microsoft Server
Experience with supporting Microsoft systems that run on a hypervisor (ex: VMware)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
