Day Warehouse Distribution Management Jobs

Strong relationship management, collaborative, and influencing skills

5-7 years of experience in Group Employee Benefits or equivalent experience managing data

Knowledge of employee group benefits products, services, and distribution structure

Develop and implement strategy and action plans to manage the integrity of Sun Life’s client, broker, and internal policy team data

Lead team huddles and use data and metrics to manage daily inventory and production, adjusting workloads as needed

Strong operational background and problem-solving skills

5+ years minimum upper warehouse management experience in a fast-paced, multi-shift warehouse environment.

Responsible for integration and management of strategic initiatives related to distribution.

Must have advanced computer skills (i.e. word, outlook, excel, data entry)
