Collaborate with IT project teams to ensure configuration management requirements are properly incorporated into project plans and schedules.

Experience as Configuration Manager and Asset Management

A solid enterprise IT, cyber, and program management background and experience

Develop and maintain IT asset management procedures and guidelines to ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.

Conduct periodic audits of IT asset management system to ensure compliance with established procedures and guidelines.

Automate IT asset management and configuration management processes using appropriate tools.

Work to develop a master asset management plan specifically attuned to each client

Work collaboratively with and report to the asset management team and senior executives

Effectively manage client assets according to their investment preferences

Manage cash-flow and physical assets such as property and real estate

Assess and manage risks associated with current assets

Demonstrated basic project management skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Technical experience in a helpdesk environment

Experience with Inventory Control Procedures

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize tasks

ERP experience in procurement and materials management processes.

Understanding of risk management best practices, safety management systems.

Experienced in agile development concepts for new technologies in a warehousing and/or distribution environment.

Oil and Gas industry experience, refining turnaround or like experience preferred.
