Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Walk-In Office is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who visit the office in person. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, provide information, and assist customers with their needs. Detailed Job Description The CSR Walk-In Office is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who visit the office in person. The CSR will greet customers, answer questions, provide information, and assist customers with their needs. The CSR will also be responsible for processing customer orders, handling customer complaints, and resolving customer issues. The CSR will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Skills Required
