Detailed Job Description A VMware Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining virtualized systems and applications using VMware products. They must have a thorough understanding of the VMware product suite and be able to design and implement solutions that meet the customer’s needs. They must be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the virtualized environment. They must also be able to create and maintain documentation for the virtualized environment. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in system administration and/or virtualization
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) certification
