3+ years of work experience in media or relevant field.

Knowledge of digital, social, and video content and standard legal photo rights and procedures.

Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills.

Assist with still life, beauty and celebrity shoot production, including traveling for shoots on location in various environments for features.

Assist in editing, processing, retouching, color correcting, and archiving all files in an organized manner.

Assist in the negotiations of all contracts, photo fees, and usage rights with the branded content team and CN legal department.

Demonstrated experience in food and lifestyle photography and illustration; experience with conceptual still-life, portrait, and documentary photography a plus.

Strong editorial judgment with demonstrated experience contributing to visual stories across platforms.

Working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom, with the ability to edit and adjust images for print and web

A highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

A meticulous eye for detail and impeccable organizational skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Lead all HR/People processes for the visuals team such as performance management, compensation reviews, recruitment, etc.

Excellent editorial judgment with demonstrated experience managing teams to develop visual stories across platforms, using detailed understanding of platform requirements.

12+ years work experience in the visual production industry with an enviable book of contacts for agencies, photographers, stylists, studios, etc.

A highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple people, projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

A meticulous eye for detail and impeccable organizational skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders’ inputs, opinions, and decision-making styles.

Excellent photo research skills and deep knowledge of rights management and usage

Manage all aspects of photo research, photo editing and photo shoot production primarily for print, digital and branded content.

Manage contracts, photo fees and usage rights with the Creative team and the USC legal department.

In depth and thorough knowledge of photographic processes, ideally as a photographer or working with photographers

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign)

Experience with Photo Mechanic is a plus
