Virtual It Service Desk Representative Jobs

Proven project management skills in setting priorities to meet project deadlines.

Manage the Service Desk performance to exceed performance metrics and goals.

Manage contacts with customers, direct reports, peers, and independent vendors.

Ability to establish a solid working relationship with customer, staff, managers and peers

BS Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field/equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

4+ years of proven IM/IT leadership experience or equivalent supervisory experience

2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience.

Recognize situations that would impact customer's experience.

Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation.

Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents and messages

Guide customer through minor service part repair using TechSee software

Troubleshoot customer service issues using the TechSee software

Minimum of 2 years auto estimating experience is required

Experience/background working in a prior service industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

This position will be full time remote all locations

Oversight and timely completion of accurate damage appraisals

Provide economical means of repair or replacement as needed while helping to establish total loss values and handling complaints

You are knowledgeable and have built and/or supported presentation development for senior management

You are experienced in expense report management

Create and edit senior management presentations utilizing PowerPoint.

Maintain distribution lists, SharePoint sites and file management.

Ability to interact with all levels of employees including senior management.

Calm and confident during high stress situations, experienced in handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
