Virtual Meeting Facilitator Jobs

Conduct consultations with clients to discuss all aspects of their desired Event and travel experiences, requirements, and budget.

Offer transportation, accommodation, and activity options to our guests.

Manage reservations, special requests, and payments.

Experience in Marketing, Event Planning and Execution, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business is advantageous.

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote and independent work environment.

Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively Requirements:

Monitors training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• 2 or more years of training or learning development experience

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

• Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience.

• Experience managing projects or processes

Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner, and produces the desired outcomes.

Experience responsibility for customer engagement, planning, technical co-ordination and project management of Virtual Meetings across multiple sites globally company experience advantageous

Very strong senior leadership communication skills and clear expectation management

Fully operational and experience across all aspects of the ITIL service management disciplines and lifecycle within their domain of expertise

Significant experience in delivery focused role(s) within a matrix organisation

Strong experience of developing and managing relationships with both customers (Internal Stakeholders) and suppliers

Strong communication, facilitation and relationship building skills plus influencing and negotiating skills

In addition to the formal responsibilities, we look for team members that will excel on the team:

Approximately 10-12 hours per week

Most calls will fall within the regular Mon-Thurs 9 am-5 pm MT, some will fall on Wednesdays 6-8 pm MT

This role will require some weekends

High-speed internet, over 90 MBS.
