The minimum education qualification is a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, Business Administration, or other related fields of study.

Significant relevant IT work experience with increasing responsibility in both scope and duties.

Demonstrated minimum of 10 years’ experience of program and project management

Knowledge of quality assurance testing terminology, methodologies, tools, best practices and defect management

Strong vendor management skills and ability to hold business associates accountable to QA standards

3+ years of resource management experience

Minimum 5 years of PMO leadership responsibilities and demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams.

Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT and business/industry.
