CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Senior Director to be responsible for the CHS Office of the CIO. The Senior Director, OCIO, reports to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the office, and serving as a liaison between the CIO and other key stakeholders.

Summary


CHSPSC, LLC seeks a Senior Director to be responsible for the CHS Office of the CIO. The Senior Director, OCIO, reports to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the office, and serving as a liaison between the CIO and other key stakeholders. This individual will also lead the development and implementation of programs, initiatives, and projects that align with the organization's information technology strategy. The Senior Director has financial and budgetary responsibility for capital, operational and ongoing maintenance expenditures for the IT Program Portfolio; develops and provides facility budget guidance for IT expenditures, and provides organization cash flow projections. Areas of responsibility include the Program Management Office, Vendor Management Office, IT Finance, Quality Testing and Demand Management.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Office of the CIO and across the organization, staying current on industry trends and developments in information technology, and make recommendations for changes and improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the CIO and other IT leaders to develop and implement the overall information technology strategy and plan; ensure that the Office of the CIO operates effectively and efficiently, and that the information technology needs of the organization are met.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Office of the CIO, including managing the PMO, Vendor Management Office, IT Finance, Demand Management, Quality Management and the IT Operating Model.
  • Lead the development and implementation of programs, initiatives, and projects that align with the organization's information technology strategy, to include execution performance, optimal tracking of KPI’s, and SLO to ensure delivery against enterprise goals and priorities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CIO and other key stakeholders, including senior leaders, business units, and external partners, and drive the implementation of effective demand management processes to ensure that IT resources are aligned with the needs of the business.
  • Oversee the management of the IT budget and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives, providing oversight and tracking the finance strategy of IT operations and the budget and financial oversight for approved CHS initiatives.


Qualifications


Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree


Preferred Education: Master’s Degree


Required Experience


  • Knowledge of quality assurance testing terminology, methodologies, tools, best practices and defect management
  • 3+ years of resource management experience
  • Strong vendor management skills and ability to hold business associates accountable to QA standards
  • Experience in Healthcare
  • Minimum 5 years of PMO leadership responsibilities and demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated minimum of 10 years’ experience of program and project management
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT and business/industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in software testing (in house and/or COTS product verification) 5+ years of quality assurance experience
