Manage City Light’s longitudinal customer satisfaction study and associated bi-annual surveys.

Strong data management and analytical skills

5-8 years of experience as operations analyst, business intelligence, management consulting or other related experience

Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports on behalf of the MFO Leadership for the Management Committee and/or Founder

Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports on behalf of the CCO for the Management Committee and/or Founder

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail; experience balancing multiple projects at one time
