Some direct experience working with children of elementary and/or middle school age

This will require a 3 day training ( 9 hours total day) to start and ongoing training, as needed

Co facilitate classroom lessons through the online platform.

Extensive experience working with adults with ADHD

2+ years experience providing coaching or mental health services to adults

Minimal administrative requirements so you can focus on delivering high quality care

Deliver virtual coaching sessions for 50 minutes tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

Assist members in accessing and utilizing both in-app and external resources

Work with Finance to assist with collecting any payments and required documentation and certifications owed KidStrong, Inc. by the franchisee

3-5+ years of prior franchise experience required

Candidates must have prior experience supporting franchisees in a B2B concept

Sales and Marketing (i.e. Outside sales skills, E-marketing, digital, and database)

Build franchisee relationships influencing franchisees to meet and exceed standards

Provide sound marketing and business planning advice through regularly scheduled review calls, triage coaching calls and on-site visits

Monitoring and managing the technical member experience (audio, visual, breakout rooms, Zoom functionality) during the workshop.

Computer skills (G Suite, web-based applications, especially Zoom)

Welcoming members and conducting private Virtual Wellness Check-Ins via Zoom chat feature and co-hosting Virtual Workshops
