Vice President Of Power Marketing Jobs in Arkansas

10 + years of experience in power origination and related management roles.

Knowledge of and experience in over-the-counter forward markets, physical markets, and/or future markets.

Negotiate power contracts with counterparties in collaboration with stakeholders from functions across the organization (Business Development, Finance, Operations).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or related field for Origination and energy markets, Master’s degree preferred.

Specific experience originating, pricing, structuring, and analyzing physical and financial PPAs across multiple power markets, customers, and deal structure types.

Experience working in CAlSO, ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, NYISO, ISO-NE and other bilateral markets is preferred.

Must be a proven deal maker with recent experience negotiating & signing multiple GWs of PPAs with various IOUs/ISOs

Minimum of 8 Years of Experience in Solar Energy Marketing & Origination

Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in leading energy project offtake

Extensive experience with utility-scale solar transactions in multiple markets across the nation

Strong knowledge of US Power Markets & Power Marketing lingo

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study (MBA preferred)
