Collaborating with finance and budgeting teams to develop and manage budgets, monitoring expenses, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying cost-saving opportunities

15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations within the creative services industry

5+ years reviewing financial metrics, account profitability, and discussions with senior finance business partners

Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to support the overall business objectives

Overseeing the operational aspects of the business, ensuring smooth workflows, resource allocation, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity

Three years of direct leadership / managerial experience, including ability to coach, counsel, motivate, and train employees required.

Manage member service and operational projects by tracking progress, coordinating key stakeholders and leadership to ensure completion within the established timelines.

Review, respond and manage all member complaints to resolution, with a goal of addressing within a 24-hour timeframe.

Excellent listening, clear verbal, and professional written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience congruent with the position.

Three years of financial industry experience, preferred.
