The Vice President of Global Experience will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer experience strategy that is aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. This role will lead the development of customer experience initiatives, including customer journey mapping, customer segmentation, customer feedback analysis, customer experience metrics, and customer experience improvement plans. The Vice President of Global Experience will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure that customer experience initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently. This role will also be responsible for developing and managing customer experience budgets and ensuring that customer experience initiatives are tracked and reported on.
