10+ years experience, with 5 years experience in healthcare program evaluation, outcomes or benefits research or relevant consulting experience

Maintain a deep knowledge of publicly available data globally.

Leadership role managing a program evaluation/research team for a high growth organization or relevant experience in healthcare strategy consulting

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts

Advanced use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with relevant statistical software

Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, and experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Team Player: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with an open-minded approach to working with diverse teams and embracing different perspectives.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems, devise creative solutions, and apply critical thinking to research challenges.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, staying adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.

Large Program Management Experience working with global teams.

Completes all other training and job tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum of ten (10) years of R&D Leadership experience at Director level or above.

Plans, prepares and conducts the appropriate insight collection and ideation activities. Identifies gaps and unmet needs of the customers and patients.

Provides regular status updates to the SUE and BU Leadership.

Coordinates all global development programs including early-stage concept development, new product development and sustaining programs

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements

Experience developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives for the United States and United Kingdom offices

Demonstrated experience managing budgets and forecasting HR expenditures
