Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract signing, and post-sales relationship management
Outbound prospecting to Benefits & HR leaders at employers through account and contact research
Inbound lead qualification and follow up from email campaigns, website inquiries, events/conferences
Build and foster relationships with partners in the health plans, brokers, and benefits consulting community
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our identity-focused SaaS offerings
Manage and execute a plan to hit or exceed revenue targets
