Collaborate with finance, legal, and asset management teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting to investors and regulatory authorities.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements related to investor relations.

Lead and manage a team of investor relations professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Manage the investor relations database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date investor information and records.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

8+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles within the real estate or investment industry.

Ten – Fifteen years of relevant consulting, project management, analytical and/or commercial work experience is required

Performance Management and Efficiencies: Compensation/incentive design, development of KPIs, measurement, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in the Wine & Spirits industry is required

Salesforce Optimization: Route-to-Market design, sales planning/execution, sales force size/coverage, Org. Structures, etc.

Customer/Account Modeling and Analysis: Account segmentation, channel strategy, cost-to-serve analytics, ROI, etc.

Prior experience working with Salesforce or similar database management system preferred

Understand, manage, and communicate IC underwriting requirements to RE Development team

Co-ordinate with asset management to integrate all lease amendments into Floyd

High skilled organizationally to track and manage hundreds of different variables of tower sites

Strong sales and communication skills; strong cross-functional communication skills and proven executive and Board level presentation skills

Ability to prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and under firm deadlines

Work with legal, financial, valuation and accounting advisors on account management, diligence and documentation.

Mentor financial analysts and Asset Management team.

Extensive interface with Finance and Operations teams.

12-15 years related experience, ideally in the area of illiquid and alternative credit including commercial and industrial loans

Strong fundamental credit skills necessary, likely developed in a commercial bank, credit company, or BDC

Exposure to/experience in, real estate loan restructuring and workout
