This is a part-time position where you will have the flexibility to adjust your work schedule week-to-week, if necessary:

Option 1. Day: total weekly commitment of 24-28 hours between the hours:

➢ Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm Eastern Time

One year computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude

Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, medical terminology

One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications

Take your time while completing our Virtual Job Tryout (VJT).

Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

General computer skills and ability to learn applicable computer systems.

Very good Interpersonal communication skills

Very good written and verbal communication skills

25% Document and update customer license information to ensure regulatory compliance.

10% Interact with Sales team and other internal divisions regarding customer orders for prescription products.

Participates in skills training, as requested.

Accurately verify employment history for borrowers by following all policies and procedures

Analyze data to spot anomalies with the returned verifications.

Respond to incoming calls and e-requests timely and accurately.

Meet productivity and quality goals set by the department.

Follows all workflows and appropriately document orders.

Do not include your full Social Security Number on your documents and/or do not provide any LEAP information.
