Facilitate and coordinate continuous learning for in-depth knowledge of for all DFIN products, services and partnerships

Deliver ongoing, formal and informal sales training in sales skills, solution selling, value selling, and both technological and competitive trends

Partner with the sales teams on client meetings and outings to understand client challenges, needs and service experience

3 to 5 years of sales leadership experience in B2B software/technology-enabled sales; financial services industry experience

Software / Fintech Sales experience preferred

Strong written, verbal and formal presentation skills required.

No prior cleaning experience necessary, looking for motivated individuals

Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night

Stocking all necessary items before guests enter the venue

Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills

Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.

Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.

Communicate accurately, effectively, and regularly with members of other departments (Communications, Education, Development, Facilities, Finance, etc.)

Manage venue rental promotional platforms (WeddingPro, Mote webpage for Venue Rentals, etc.)

Minimum Requirements: First Aid and CPR certified or willing to attain within 3 months of hire date

Respond to all online and telephone inquiries for venue rentals

Conduct site visits for potential clients

Create contracts and invoices for venue rentals

Bachelors degree and/or combination of education and equivalent experience is required.

Maintains a satisfactory, positive working relationship with managers, co-workers, clients, and others.

Works to ensure the highest quality of visitor experience.

Must have excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail along with verbal and customer service skills.

You will be responsible for speaker management at events

You will assist with attendee management on the day of events

You will work cross-functionally across all Capital Factory departments to deliver impactful engagement experiences that support our mission and ecosystem

Work closely with the Events and Venue Manager and other internal stakeholders to push innovation and impact through programming

Event organizers and guests have a great experience, post it to social media, and rave about their visit

You have experience producing events and managing an event space

Repair and maintain Level99’s facility and attraction elements, using skills/techniques that may include:

Maintaining up to date knowledge in the safe and efficient use of all relevant shop hand and power tools

A working knowledge of general facility maintenance practices such as plumbing, HVAC, wiring, etc

Follow the direction of supervisors and manage time effectively

Operational knowledge of technical equipment inclusive of rigging, carpentry, sound, and lighting

Experience with the safe operation of power tools, hand tools, ladders, lifts, and electricity

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a General Management role within the hospitality industry

A total of 10+ years of management experience, demonstrating career progression and longevity within previous roles

Demonstrated experience in hands-on recruitment for management positions

Hands-on involvement in recruiting, hiring, and training of the management team to uphold high standards of service excellence

Oversee a team of approximately 100-130 hourly employees and 7 other managers, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient workflow

Uphold the concept's brand standards, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience

Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, cultural value add and compensation

Collaborate with the team to creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent

Continue ongoing research of competitive landscape and market insights/trends to remain current and relevant

Assist with other special projects as required

Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced culture

Ability to be independent, organized and creative with your recruiting strategies
