Ventura Region Office Manager Jobs

Excellent time management and strong organizational skills, with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum of three (1) years relevant experience in healthcare delivery, hospital education, social services, or similar field preferred

Provide support in completing needs assessment and care plans

Support in facilitating discharge process and locating housing for individuals

Support in completing discharge notes and disseminate to hospitals

Assist in completing referrals and coordinate services for mental health, housing, and other social services

Possess excellent customer service and organizational skills with the knowledge and experience necessary for independent decision making.

Maintain office postings as advised by the management team.

Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.

Familiar with company management system preferred

Assist manager with scheduling office meetings.

Administer and analyze programs offered to ALKEME Insurance clients
