Veeva Business System Analyst Jobs

6+ years of BSA experience analyzing and documenting business requirements, specifically on data projects

Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced role and required the art of agility, flexibility and time management.

Commercial life science experience is preferred.

Experience with data visualization and business intelligence software (ETL, Data Integration, Master Data, Qlikview, SAS, ...) is preferred

In addition to data experience, experience with working on end user reporting/dashboarding solutions will be nice to have

Demonstrated success handling initiatives of high complexity and risk

Experience with MS SharePoint, SQL, Power BI, MS Visio tools. .Net and business process management tools preferred

Designs new business functionality by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications.

Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.

Years of related experience in business and or information technology systems analysis or support.

Demonstrated ability to gather requirements oversight.

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to research and resolve issues.

Support process improvement and workflows within ERP system, including warehouse management, order entry, order fulfillment, and warranty tracking.

Experience in data analysis, ERP, finance, IT, or similar areas

Base to $110,000 + bonus eligible + FULL benefits

Bachelor or Associate Degree (or equivalent experience)

Experience with IFS ERP, preferably Apps 10 or higher

Experience with MS Office 365, especially SharePoint and Teams

· Facilitates the approvals from IT Management and stakeholders on project requirements and project decisions

· Produces status updates to IT Management and stakeholders including timelines and upcoming activities

Provides input to IT Management in setting priorities and the order of the work to be done

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

5+ years’ experience in business analysis

Knowledge of SDLC and how it pertains to software releases

Analyzing and communicating in sometimes difficult data gathering sessions with project team and all levels of project stakeholders and management.

Act as the primary contact for the data management process between IT developers and the business.

Working knowledge of Veeva Vault, ideally RIM, along with system integration experience (ERP (SAP) preferred).

Experience gathering, documenting, communicating and managing requirements through project lifecycle.

Provide cross-functional and business knowledge to develop business system and process alternatives.

5 + years of experience with some experience with Life Science OR Pharmaceutical domain.
