Experience working with a clinical trial management system (CTMS)

In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Experience in clinical research and/or clinical compliance

Aid in executing compliance program components, including protocol review, record keeping, reporting, and evaluation.

Perform preliminary review of protocols and identify potential concerns, reporting them to supervisor.

Work with study teams to build calendars within research systems based on research protocols.

Assist in recruiting, screening, and management of study participants

Experience with scientific research, knowledge of research methods and design

Manage and maintain SPSS database; clean database for processing

Experience using basic software programs such as: Microsoft Office, Adobe, and data software such as SPSS, SAS and Qualtrics

Skilled in analytics, statistics, and mathematics

Assist in literature review and summaries, writing proposals, and writing research manuscripts

Certification or eligible for certification by the Florida State Department of Education to teach in the State of Florida

Participates in personal professional growth activities focused on the acquisition of new and improved skills and knowledge.

Utilizes classroom management techniques conducive to an effective classroom climate.

Manages classroom and supervises proper care of equipment used.

Responsible for timely and accurate information they maintain as part of their job responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
